Road Realignment—Leigh Road, Silverdale North, Rodney District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Rodney District Council;

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 232254 subject to mortgage 7625733.4, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):

(i) the land firstly described in the Third Schedule to this notice be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 428735; and

(ii) the land secondly described in the Third Schedule to this notice amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 232254 subject to mortgage 7625733.4

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
