Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of Vector Wellington Electricity Network Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2008

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of Vector Wellington Electricity Network Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2008.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of publication.

2. Change of name of requiring authority—The notice entitled The Resource Management (Approval of Vector Wellington Electricity Network Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2008, dated the 27th day of June 2008 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 July 2008, No. 110, page 2862, is hereby amended as follows:

The name "Vector Wellington Electricity Network Limited" is changed to "Wellington Electricity Lines Limited".

Change of name of requiring authority—The notice entitled The Resource Management (Approval of Waitaki Power Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1997, dated the 17th day of November 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 November 1997, No. 166, page 3967, is hereby amended as follows:

The name "Waitaki Power Limited" is changed to "Network Waitaki Limited".

The name "Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Limited" is changed to "Vector Gas Limited".
