Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of UnitedNetworks Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2000 (No. 2)

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of UnitedNetworks Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2000 (No. 2).

(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of publication.

2. Change of name of requiring authority—The notice entitled The Resource Management (Approval of UnitedNetworks Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2000 (No. 2), dated the 13th day of October 2000 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 October 2000, No. 142, page 3735, is hereby amended as follows:

The name “UnitedNetworks Limited” is changed to “Vector Limited”.

The Resource Management (Approval of The Valetta Irrigation Co-operative Society Limited as a Requiring Authority) Notice 2009

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of The Valetta Irrigation Co-operative Society Limited as a Requiring Authority) Notice 2009.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Approval as a requiring authority—The Valetta Irrigation Co-operative Society Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, in respect of the particular network utility operation of:

(a) distribution (including associated diversion, intake, conveyance, storage and discharge) of water from the Rangitata Diversion Race through the races in the Valetta Irrigation Scheme; and

(b) associated use, erection, reconstruction, placement, alteration, extension, removal or demolition of any structure in, on, or over the land (within the meaning of section 9(4) of the Resource Management Act 1991) in respect of the distribution of water for supply (including irrigation in the Valetta area); and

(c) the operation, maintenance, expansion and development of the irrigation scheme known as the Valetta Irrigation Scheme located generally in the Valetta area.

The Resource Management (Approval of Ashburton Lyndhurst Irrigation Limited as a Requiring Authority) Notice 2009

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Ashburton Lyndhurst Irrigation Limited as a Requiring Authority) Notice 2009.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Approval as a requiring authority—Ashburton Lyndhurst Irrigation Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, in respect of the particular network utility operation of:

(a) distribution (including associated diversion, intake, conveyance, storage and discharge) of water from the Rangitata Diversion Race through the races in the Ashburton Lyndhurst Irrigation Scheme; and

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Mayfield Hinds Irrigation Limited as a Requiring Authority) Notice 2009.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Approval as a requiring authority—Mayfield Hinds Irrigation Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, in respect of the particular network utility operation of:

(a) distribution (including associated diversion, intake, conveyance, storage and discharge) of water from the Rangitata Diversion Race through the races in the Mayfield Hinds Irrigation Scheme; and

(b) associated use, erection, reconstruction, placement, alteration, extension, removal or demolition of any structure in, on, or over the land (within the meaning of section 9(4) of the Resource Management Act 1991) in respect of the distribution of water for supply (including irrigation in the Mayfield Hinds area); and
