Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage instrument 7437737.2 (Otago Land Registry) (“the mortgage”):

South Canterbury Finance Limited (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) gives notice as follows:

  1. On 24 December 2008, the mortgagee entered into physical possession of the mortgaged property.

  2. The description of the mortgaged property is Section 1, SO 14450 and Sections 8-11, Block XXXVIII, Town of Dunedin (Computer Freehold Registers OT12D/1655 and OT12A/1352) (Otago Land Registry), being the property situated at 283 Princes Street, Dunedin.
