Land Transfer Act / Joint Family Homes Act Notices
Notice Pursuant to Section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952
The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right of way. The applicants claim the right of way is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the right of way on 23 January 2009 if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicants: Simon Patrick Mulligan and Andrea Maree Mulligan and Geoffrey Keenan, shearer, c/o Govett Quilliam, PO Box 28, Inglewood.
Easement: Right of way over Lot 29 DP 357938; marked “B” comprised in Computer Freehold Register CT237428 as appurtenant to Lot 1 DP 408556 comprised in Computer Freehold Register CT431092 created by easement certificate 6661270.10 registered on 24 November 2005.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant land being Lot 1 DP 408556 has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision in DP 408556.

THE TAUMARUNUI MUSEUM TRUST
Application for Approval of a Scheme of Variation
Take notice that the trustees of THE TAUMARUNUI MUSEUM TRUST have proposed a scheme under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 to the trust.
Particulars
The scheme provides for amendments to the original trust deed as follows:
(a) A provision for the reappointment of trustees.
(b) Amending provisions to replace the Taumarunui District Promotion and Development Association Incorporated which society has been removed from the Register of Incorporated Societies.
Date Proposed for Hearing
The proposed date for hearing of the application by the High Court at Hamilton shall be Wednesday, 11 February 2009.
Opposition to Scheme
Any person desiring to oppose the scheme shall give written notice of their intention to do so to:
(a) the Registrar of the High Court at Hamilton; and
(b) the trustees, care of the offices of Garth O’Brien & Associates (contact details stated below); and
(c) the Attorney-General, Crown Law Office, PO Box 5012, Lambton Quay, Wellington 6145
not less than seven clear days before the matter is due to be heard.
