Change of Purpose and Union of Reserves

Pursuant to sections 24A and 52 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Marlborough District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Marlborough District Council at its meeting on 7 August 2008 changing the purposes of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto to local purpose (community buildings) reserve and furthermore declares that, on and after the date of publication of this notice and in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the reserves described in the Schedule shall be united to form one reserve.
