Recommendation to Amend a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, the name of the Māori reservation that was set aside by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 July 1992, No. 102, page 2330, and described in the Schedule hereto is hereby amended to "Hiriweteri Paraha Hiraka Māori Reservation" and the class of beneficiary is hereby amended to "the common use and benefit of Hiriweteri Paraha Hiraka whānau and hapū (Tuwharetoa)."
