Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control, Drainage and Associated Works—

Mangarau Stream, Lucknow Road, Hastings District

Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares
that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been
entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice
is acquired for soil conservation and river control, drainage
and associated works and vested in the Hastings District
Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

amends the notice dated the 6th day of May 2003, setting
land apart, acquiring land and stopping and vesting road,
published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 July 2003, No. 76,
page 2025, by deleting the Third Schedule and substituting
with the following:
