Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand,

to be declared road which, pursuant to section 60(2) of the
Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway
2 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of
this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
