Pursuant to section 117(3)(a) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to
be amalgamated, pursuant to section 120(3), with the land in
Computer Freehold Register SA64C/542, subject to mortgage
H835441.4, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and
Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert
Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice (excluding mineral
interests reserved by section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act
1991) to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the
Otorohanga District Council.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and amalgamated with the land in New Zealand
Gazette, 8 May 1930, No. 33, page 1547 (Proclamation
7528).

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer
Freehold Register SA6C/1400.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer
Freehold Register 255226.

(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
road described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer
Freehold Register 238686, subject to mortgage 6471248.5.

(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
road described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer
Freehold Register 238688, subject to mortgage 6471248.5.
