Amending a Notice Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of a Secondary School (Caretaker’s Residence) in the City of Dunedin—Logan Park High School, Butts Road, Dunedin

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 9th day of May 2007 declaring land taken for the purposes of a secondary school (caretaker’s residence) and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 May 2007, No. 52, page 1407, by amending the Schedule as follows:

Description
Parts Lot 1 DP 4160; shown as Sections 1 and 2 on SO 19224 (part Computer Freehold Register OT18D/922) and part land on DP 931, being part Otago Harbour Board Endowment; shown as Section 3 on SO 19224 (part Gazette Notice 469757), Otago Land Registry.
