Land Acquired for Education – Secondary School (Marlborough Boys College) and Amalgamation—Marlborough

Pursuant to sections 17 and 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be acquired for a secondary school and to vest in the Crown, and further declares that the land be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register MB50/277 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of that part of the Lake Okataina Scenic Reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
