deployment and the level of cost for that location having
regard to Chapter 6, Annex A of Defence Force Order
No. 5. This allowance is not payable to individuals in
receipt of Mission Subsistence Allowance from the
United Nations.

Explanatory Note

This note is not part of the amendment, but is intended to explain its general effect.

This amendment to the Defence Force Allowance Programme extends the programme to allow payment of operational and incidental allowances to New Zealand Defence Force personnel serving overseas on operations in support of "Operation LIMA" and "Operation VIVENDI TANGO".
