Land Declared Road and Road to be Stopped—

Coal Pit Road, Kawarau Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in
the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the
road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and when stopped, Sections 3 and 6, SO 357548
being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold
Register 149031, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation
Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991,
and Sections 7 and 8, SO 357548 being amalgamated with
land in Computer Freehold Registers OT15C/297 and
OT15C/298, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act
1987 and mortgage 6571385.2.

Reserves Act 1977

Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Tongariro Taupo Conservancy of the
Department of Conservation changes the classification of
that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a
local purpose (accessway) reserve to a recreation reserve,
subject to the provisions of the Act.

Amendment to a Notice Revoking a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserve Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation amends an error in the notice revoking the
reservation over a reserve dated the 19th day of July 2006
and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 July 2006,
No. 82, page 2598, by omitting from the Schedule of the
notice

"Lot 1"

and inserting

"Lot 23"

in its place.
