NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 91
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in
the First Schedule to this notice to be acquired for road and
shall vest in the Hauraki District Council on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3),
declares the portion of road described in the Second
Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with
the land in Computer Freehold Register SA25A/74, subject
to the encumbrances thereon.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3),
declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule
to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register SA7D/146, subject to the
encumbrances thereon.
