Revocation of a Notice Setting Apart General Land as a Māori Reservation and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, and by reason of errors made in the heading and description of the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 March 2006, No. 19, page 457, the following fresh notice is issued in its place.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a place of cultural, historical and spiritual interest for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngāti Hou subtribe of the Nga Rauru tribe.

Wellington Land District

All that piece of land situated in Kaipo A3 Block and described as follows:

Recommendation Cancelling a Māori Reservation and That Land Be Set Apart as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (5) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori reservation over the Māori freehold land containing 600 square metres, being part of Tikitiki A9A that was set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupā for the common use and benefit of the Dewes whānau 1993 on the 16th day of December 2005 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 January 2006, No. 5, page 110, is cancelled.

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupā for the benefit of the Dewes whānau.

Gisborne Land District

All that piece of land situated in Blocks V and VI, Waiapu Survey District and described as follows:
