Land to be Set Apart for Another Public Work—Part Fairway Drive, Hutt City
Pursuant to section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for soil conservation and river control purposes and vested in the Wellington Regional Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977
Amendment to a Notice Classifying a Reserve, and Appointing the Ruapehu District Council to Control and Manage a Reserve
The Community Relations Manager for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation amends an error in the notice dated the 30th day of May 2006 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 June 2006, No. 53, page 1337, by omitting from the description of the notice “DP 10771” and inserting “DP S10771” in its place.

Reserves Classified and Named, and Land Declared Reserve—Kensington, Whangarei City
In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegated authority under the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on 15 June 2006:
“(a) That pursuant to Section 16 of the Act the Council declares the reserve described in the First Schedule be classified recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, and further declares pursuant to section 16 (10), that the land be known as Kensington Park Recreation Reserve.
(b) That pursuant to Section 14 of the Act, the land described in the Second Schedule is declared recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, and added to the Kensington Park Recreation Reserve.”
