were set apart as a Māori reservation by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 April 1997, No. 32, page 792, and on the further recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori land known as Mangahauini 1A, Section 46, as described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby included in the existing Māori reservation for the purpose of a marae, urupā and Tauranga waka for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Te Aotawarirangi.
