Revocation of Notice of Direction for Appointment of a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Newtown School (2926)
The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Newtown School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 October 2005, No. 175, page 4403) is hereby revoked under section 78M (7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.

Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
St Pius X School, New Plymouth.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 7 December 2006.
A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the local office of the Ministry of Education, 116 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui.

Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000
Release of the Draft New Zealand Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy for Written Comment
Pursuant to section 15 of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000, the Minister of Energy hereby gives the following notice:
- The Draft New Zealand Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy (NZEECS) proposes ways to promote energy efficiency, energy conservation and the use of renewable sources of energy.
- It includes measures to reduce electricity demand, address energy use in transport, buildings and industry.
- It also promotes greater consideration of sustainable energy in the development of land, settlements and energy production.
Written submissions on the Draft NZEECS are now invited, and may be made to:
