Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand,
declares that the land described in the Schedule to this
notice be stopped and, pursuant to section 117 (3) (b) of the
Act, the land described shall vest in Gilbert William Kay
and be amalgamated with the land comprised in Computer
Freehold Register SL75/36.
