Under the Land Act 1948, the Conservator for the Otago
Conservancy of the Department of Conservation sets apart

Revoking a Notice Acquiring Land for Public School—Mangamaire Road, Mangamaire, Tararua District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby
revokes the notice dated the 22nd day of December
1998, acquiring land for public school, published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 14 January 1999, No. 1, page 69.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand,
declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice
to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit
New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road
and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
