Conservation Act 1987
Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Conservation Area
Under the Conservation Act 1987, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes, dated the 11th day of August 2006 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 August 2006, No. 97, page 2876.

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Community Relations and Technical Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the schedule is held for conservation purposes with the effect that the land is now deemed to have been declared to be held for the purposes of a conservation park.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Anand Satyanand, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the First Schedule to be taken for road and to vest in the Crown and the land described in the Second Schedule to be taken for use in connection with a road and to vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
