Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the following incorporated societies ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

With this publication such societies are revived from the date of their dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.

Dissolution of Incorporated Societies

Notice Stating Where Copies of Statement of Proposal to Amend Compliance Document F3 Hazardous Substances and Processes May be Obtained

Pursuant to section 29 of the Building Act 2004, I give notice that Compliance Document F3 Hazardous Substances and Processes is proposed to be amended.

The Statement of Proposal is available from the national office of the Department of Building and Housing, Level Six, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

The Statement of Proposal also may be downloaded free of charge from the web site:
