I give notice that NZS 4299:1998 (including Amendment 1)
is proposed to be incorporated by reference in Compliance
Document E2 External Moisture.

NZS 4299:1998 is available for inspection and is free of
charge at the national office of the Department of Building

8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, or may be

and Compliance Document G10 Piped Services is proposed
to be replaced by NZS 5261:2003 which is, until 6 October
2006, available for inspection free of charge at the national
office of the Department of Building and Housing, Level
Six, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours
of 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

This may be purchased from Standards New Zealand,

Document G12 Water Supplies is Available for
Inspection and Purchase

Pursuant to section 409 (2) (d) of the Building Act 2004,
I give notice that AS 4020:2005, AS/NZS 3500: Part
1:2003, and AS/NZS 3500: Part 4:2003 is proposed to be
incorporated by reference in Compliance Document G12
Water Supplies.

The references to AS/NZS 3500 Part 1.2:1998 and Part
4.2:1997 are to be removed.
