Fisheries (South Tasman Rise Orange Roughy Fishery Annual Catch Limit) Notice 2005

Pursuant to Regulation 6 (3) of the Fisheries (South Tasman Rise Orange Roughy Fishery) Regulations 2000, the Manager International of the Ministry of Fisheries (acting pursuant to a delegated authority in accordance with section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988) hereby makes the following notice.

Notice

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (South Tasman Rise Orange Roughy Fishery Annual Catch Limit) Notice 2005.

(2) This notice shall come into effect on the date after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Interpretation—Terms used in this notice have the same meaning as defined in the Fisheries (South Tasman Rise Orange Roughy Fishery) Regulations 2000.
Annual catch limit—The annual catch limit for the high seas area of the South Tasman Rise orange roughy fishery for the season starting 1 March 2005 is 0 greenweight tonnes.
