Pursuant to section 24C (2) of the Judicature Act 1908, the Chief Justice, after consultation with the Chief High Court Judge, has nominated

Justice Judith Marjorie Potter

Judge of the High Court of New Zealand, in replacement of

Justice Anthony Penrose Randerson

as a Judge to help the Judge nominated to supervise the Commercial List established at the office of the High Court at Auckland, under section 24A of the Judicature Act 1908, and to supervise the list when that Judge is absent from duty.

This nomination takes effect from 14 February 2005.
