Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952

Take notice that on the 9th day of December 2005, Bridgecorp Finance Limited by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 5468512.1 (Wellington Registry), upon property situated at 236 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui, being all the land comprised in certificate of title WN6A/199, entered into possession of the mortgaged property.

The registered office of Bridgecorp Finance Limited is at Level Eleven, HSBC House, 1 Queen Street, Auckland.
