Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997

Approval of Code of Practice Notice—Agriculture (No. 1470)

Pursuant to section 28 of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, the Director-General of Agriculture and Forestry gives notice that:

the code of practice set out in the Schedule is approved for use in the management of risks under the Act;
the approval of the code of practice will take effect on the day following the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette; and
the code of practice may be inspected or purchased at the place of the owner or sponsor of the code as shown in the Schedule.

Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999 (Notice No. 1468)

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 1 December 2005 of the Animal Products (Specifications for the Ante-mortem and Post-mortem Examination of Poultry Intended for Human or Animal Consumption) Amendment Notice 2005, which came into force on 1 December 2005.
