Revocation of the Reservation Over Three Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Auckland Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the lands described in the First Schedule as a recreation reserve and in the Second Schedule as local purpose (plantation) reserves, and declares that the lands may be disposed of by the Auckland City Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Revocation of Appointments to Control and Manage, Classification of Reserve, and Appointment to Control and Manage
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Woodend Library Committee to control and manage the reserve described in the First Schedule, and further revokes the appointment of the Royal New Zealand Society for the Health of Women and Children (Woodend-Waikuku Sub Branch) Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Second Schedule, and further classifies the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules as local purpose (community use) reserves, and appoints the Royal New Zealand Plunket Society Ashley/Waimak Branch Incorporated to control and manage the reserves described.

Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993
Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a marae to be known as Tauratumaru Ano for the common use and benefit of Te Popoto Hapu.
