Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in
the Buller District Council on the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares
the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to
be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer
Freehold Register NL10B/204.

amends the notice with the above heading dated the 12th
day of August 2005, and published in the New Zealand
Gazette, 25 August 2005, No. 141, page 3442, by deleting in
the Second Schedule the area of

"0.0809"

and replacing it with

"0.0202".

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which,
pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 73 and shall
remain vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares that the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice is set apart
for segregation strip and shall remain vested in the Crown.

Declaration That Lands are Reserves

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation
under the Reserves Act 1977, the Tasman District Council
notified the following resolution passed by council on
8 September 2005:

"THAT under Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 the
Tasman District Council resolves to declare that those
pieces of land held in fee simple by the council and
described in the Schedule, be declared to be reserves for
