Setting Apart General Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a place of cultural, historical and spiritual interest for the common use and benefit of the owners, Eileen Mata Duff and William Aniheta Ratana Te Rangi and their children down through the generations.

All that piece of land known as Lot 2, DP 324538 and Lot 6, DP 63221 (as comprised in Computer Freehold Register 99212).
