Dissolved Incorporated Society
Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies
has directed that, consequent on the dissolution of the
above-named society on the 23rd day of July 1979, its
surplus assets, being the lands in the Schedule hereto, be
vested in:
Royal New Zealand Plunket Society Dunedin Branch
Incorporated (226210), an incorporated society under
the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

This direction shall become final on the 3rd day of October
2005.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered on or
before that date.

Animal Products (Ancillary and Transitional
Provisions) Act 1999
Approval of Food Grade Mineral Oil for Prevention
or Treatment of Disease in Bees (Notice No. 1446)
Section 62 (1) of the Animal Products (Ancillary and
Transitional Provisions) Act 1999 provides that:
“No person may use any drug, substance, or mixture
of substances for the prevention or treatment of any
disease in bees, other than a drug for the time being
approved for that purpose pursuant to subsection (2).”.
Section 62 (2) of the Animal Products (Ancillary and
Transitional Provisions) Act 1999 provides that:
“The Minister may from time to time, by notice in the
Gazette, approve the use, subject to such conditions as
the Minister specifies, of any specified drug for the
prevention or treatment of any specified disease.”.
Pursuant to section 62 of the Animal Products (Ancillary
and Transitional Provisions) Act 1999, I approve the use
of the drug
food grade mineral oil
for the prevention or treatment of varroa (Varroa Jacobsoni).
The notice Approval for the Use of a Drug or Substance for
the Prevention or Treatment of Disease in Bees (Notice
No. 1368), published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 October
2004, No. 134, page 3302, is revoked.

Approval of Port of Napier Limited as a Place
of First Arrival (Notice No. 1447)
Pursuant to section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, notice
is given that
Port of Napier Limited
was approved on 16 August 2005, as a place of first arrival
into New Zealand for all types of vessels.
The written notice of approval may be inspected free of
charge at the head office of the Ministry of Agriculture
and Forestry, ASB Bank House, 101-103 The Terrace,
Wellington.
