Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that, consequent on the dissolution of the above-named society on the 13th day of May 2004, its surplus assets, being the lands in the Schedule hereto, be vested in:

Royal New Zealand Plunket Society Dunedin Branch Incorporated (226210), an incorporated society under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

This direction shall become final on the 3rd day of October 2005.\n
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered on or before that date.
