Ngāi Tahu Ancillary Claims Trust—Final List of Owners

The Ngāi Tahu Ancillary Claims Trust has applied to the Māori Land Court in Christchurch for approval of the final list of owners for the following claims:

Claim No. 7 Te Ihutai
Lot 1, Deposited Plan 302588, C.T. 9993, area 4.0030 hectares, near Saltwater Creek and Ashley River mouth, North Canterbury.

Claim No. 14 Hawea
Bushy Point:
Lot 1, Deposited Plan 300558, C.T. 2939, area 13.5311 hectares, at Lake Hawea.

Lake Side Sites:
Lots 1 and 2, L.T. 321020, C.T. 83394 and 83395, area 1.9441 hectares;
Lot 3, L.T. 321020, C.T. 83396, area 7883 square metres; and
Lot 4, L.T. 321020, C.T. 83397, area 3.8268 hectares;
all at Lake Hawea.

Claim No. 61 Waimumu
Lots 1, 3 and 4, Deposited Plan 8310, C.T. 12B/391, area 226.8996 hectares and Lot 2, Deposited Plan 8310, C.T. 5A/563, area 13.8040 hectares, Hedgehope Hill Road.

A copy of the final list may be inspected at any office of Te Puni Kokiri, any Māori Land Court or at all Papatipu Marae in the South Island.

Any person who wishes to object to the final list must do so in writing to the Māori Land Court, P.O. Box 2200, Christchurch or by facsimile on (03) 962 4901 by 28 April 2004.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road—Greenslade Road, Raglan, Waikato District

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Declared Limited Access Road—State Highway No. 29 and Hopkins Road, Matamata–Piako District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
