Land Set Apart for Road and Segregation Strip—State Highway No. 1, Main Street, Marlborough District

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Declares the land firstly described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall remain vested in the Crown.

(b) Declares the land secondly described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for segregation strip and shall remain vested in the Crown.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land firstly described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) The land secondly described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for segregation strip and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for sewage treatment purposes and vests in Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
