Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert
Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to
an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the
land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired
for use in connection with a road and vested in the
Wellington City Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portions of road adjoining or passing through the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with
the land in Computer Freehold Register WN45B/95
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand

Reserves Act 1977

Amendment to a Notice Classifying a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy
of the Department of Conservation, amends an error in
the notice classifying a reserve dated the 15th day of
August 2003 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
28 August 2003, page 3213, by omitting from the Schedule
of the notice

“Lot 1, D.P. 9696”

and inserting in its place

“Lot 1, D.P. 9606”.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Parts
of Reserves

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the
Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of
Conservation revokes the reservation over those parts of the
local purpose (county purposes) reserves described in
the Schedule, with the effect that the land is now
Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act
1948, such land to remain subject to memorial 401662.1 and
easement instrument 6107209.3.
