stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with

as to parcels, subject to mortgage 615502.1.

and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,

declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having
been entered into:

notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 88 (2)
of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited
access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this
notice is acquired for use in connection with a road
(segregation strip) and vested in the Crown subject to
mining rights created by transfer 235404;

(c) The land described in the Third Schedule to this
notice is acquired for road and vested in the Waikato
District Council
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.
