Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage Part of a Reserve, and Classification of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Kapiti Coast District Council to control and manage that part of the reserve described in the Schedule, and further classifies that part of the reserve as a recreation reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Two Reserves, and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a road reserve over the land described in the First Schedule and the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Second Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Waitakere City Council at current market value, the proceeds of such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993
Recommendation That Land be Set Apart as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a urupā for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Te Kahu-O-Te Rangi.
