Notice to Designate a Port Security Area—

Port of Napier Limited

I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The following areas are designated port security areas at the
Port of Napier, the port facilities operated by Port of Napier
Limited:

All that port area within the fenced boundary bordered
by Breakwater Road from the gate house to the western
side of the container terminal. It includes all of the
container terminal areas, all of the wharves and that area
contained between Cassidy Quay No. 1 and Higgins
Wharf No. 2 to and including the Breakwater.

Northport Limited

I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The following areas are designated port security areas at
Port Whangarei and Marsden Point, the port facilities
operated by Northport Limited

1. Port Whangarei
   All that area within the port known as Main Wharf 1 and
   Main Wharf 2 from the access control gate to the end of
   the wharf structure.

2. Marsden Point
   All that port area within the fenced boundary bordered
   by Whangarei Harbour and Blacksmiths Creek to the
   west, to the southern boundary across Marsden Point
   Road and the gate house to the eastern public access
   road.

Shell Todd Oil Services Limited

I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The following fixed installation operated by Shell Todd Oil
Services Limited is designated a port security area:

The “Whakaaropai”, a floating production, storage and
offloading (FPSO) facility, approximately 50 kilometres
off the Taranaki coastline at co-ordinates latitude
39°39′24″S and longitude 173°18′26″E.
