Dame Silvia Cartwright, Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby declare the land described in the First Schedule
hereto to be taken for road and the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto to be taken for a segregation strip
and to vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of
the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand
Gazette.\n

Ngāi Tahu Ancillary Claims Trust—Final List of Owners

The Ngāi Tahu Ancillary Claims Trust has applied to the
Māori Land Court in Christchurch for approval of the final
list of owners for the following claims:

Tatawai Claim No 53:

Lot 3, DP 300648. Area 60.6 ha. Sinclair Wetlands Taieri
Plains, South Otago.

A copy of the final list may be inspected at any office of
Te Puni Kokiri or any Māori Land Court or at all Papatipu
Marae in the South Island.

Any person who wishes to object to the final list must
do so in writing to the Māori Land Court, P.O. Box
2200, Christchurch, or by facsimile to (03) 962 4901 by
18 October 2004.
