Westgate Transport Limited

I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The following areas are designated port security areas at
Westgate Port Taranaki, the port facilities operated by
Westgate Transport Limited:

All that port area within the fenced boundary bordered
by Blyde Road, Ocean View Parade, Breakwater Road
and Station Road to the main breakwater and includes
Moturoa Wharf, Newton King Tanker Terminal and
Blyde Wharf.

the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The Single Buoy Mooring (SBM) at Taharoa operated by
New Zealand Steel Mining Limited is designated a port
security area:

It is situated off the west coast of the North Island at
co-ordinates latitude 38°10′5″S and longitude 174°40′2″E.

Port of Tauranga Limited

I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The following areas are designated port security areas at the
Port of Tauranga, the port facilities operated by Port of
Tauranga Limited:

  1. Mount Maunganui Wharves

All that port area within the fenced boundary beginning
at the sea at Salisbury Avenue at the northern end, to
Nikau Street, Rata Street to the western side of the
railway lines running parallel with Totora Street to Maui
Street to Tasman Quay to Hewletts Road and the sea in
the south.

  1. Sulphur Point Wharf

All that port area within the fenced boundary from the
boat ramp at the northern end, parallel with Keith Allen

The following area is designated a port security area at
Waitangi, Bay of Islands, the port facilities operated by Far
North Holdings Limited:

The wharf from the land to the seaward end of the
facilities.

at Marsden Point, the port facilities operated by
New Zealand Refining Company Limited:

All that port area within the fenced boundary bordered
by the western Jetty Access Road entrance, the beach
frontage to the eastern gate, the inner refinery boundary
fence and the walkway to and including the jetties.

Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The following areas are designated port security areas at the
Port of Nelson, the port facilities operated by Port Nelson
Limited:

All that port area within the fenced boundary from
adjacent to the Cement Shed near Main Wharf South,
east in line with Wakefield Quay and Haven Road to
Hay Street, north-west along Wildman Avenue, along
Graham Street, but excluding the tank farm and the car
park adjacent to the gatehouse, to the log yard entrance,
continuing east to the public access way beside the
slipway to the sea at Kingsford Quay and includes
Kingsford Quay, McGlashen Quay, the tug berth, Brunt
Quay, Main Wharf and Main Wharf South.
