Notice to Designate a Port Security Area—
CentrePort Limited

I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The following areas are designated port security areas at
CentrePort, Wellington, facilities operated by CentrePort
Limited:

  1. Main Port
    All that land area within the port to seaward of the
    boundary security fence from the northern end of Aotea
    Quay No 6 berth (but excluding the land outside the
    existing boundary currently used by the InterIsland
    Line ferries) south bordering Aotea Quay, west
    bordering Waterloo Quay to encompass the container
    handling facility, peripheral working and access areas,
    extending to Kings and Glasgow Wharves to the fenced
    boundary to the west of Glasgow Wharf.

  2. Eastern side of the Inter-Island Wharf
    That land contained within the security fence on the
    eastern side of the Inter-Island Wharf used to berth tugs
    and pilot launches.

  3. Queens Wharf
    That land on Queens Wharf within any fenced or secured
    area as determined by the port facility security officer on
    a case-by-case basis to provide for a secured area for any
    cruise or other vessel.

  4. Taranaki Street Wharves
    That land on Taranaki Street Wharves within any fenced
    or secured area as determined by the port facility
    security officer on a case-by-case basis to provide for a
    secured area around any cruise or other vessel.

  5. Overseas Passenger Terminal
    That land on the Overseas Passenger Wharf within any
    fenced or secured area as determined by the port facility
    security officer on a case-by-case basis to provide for a
    secured area around any cruise or other vessel.

  6. Burnham Wharf, Miramar
    That land and wharf known as Burnham Wharf which is
    contained within the security fence.

  7. Seaview Wharf, Point Howard
    That land and wharf known as Seaview Wharf which is
    contained within the security fence.

Notice to Designate a Port Security Area—
Port Marlborough New Zealand Limited

I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The following areas are designated port security areas at
the Port of Picton, the port facilities operated by Port
Marlborough New Zealand Limited:

  1. Waitohi Wharf
    All that area within the port known as Waitohi Wharf
    from the fence and gate at the land end to the seaward
    end of the wharf facilities.

  2. Waimahara Wharf, Shakespeare Bay
    All that area within the port known as Waimahara
    Wharf, Shakespeare Bay bordered by the gates and
    fences at Westshore Road, the fence beside Queen
    Charlotte Drive to Shakespeare Bay and Waimahara
    Wharf and the \"toe of batter\" on the north side.

PrimePort Timaru Limited

I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The following areas are designated port security areas at the
Port of Timaru, the port facilities operated by PrimePort
Timaru Limited:

All that port area within the fenced boundary from
the Outer North Mole Wharf bordered by Unwin Road,
Marine Parade, Port Loop Road, Ritchie Street to and
including the No. 1 Extension Wharf.

Notice to Designate a Port Security Area—
South Port New Zealand Limited

I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The following areas are designated port security areas at
the Port of Bluff, the port facilities operated by South Port
New Zealand Limited:

  1. All of that port area contained within the area known as
    the Island Harbour.

  2. All of that fenced area known as Berths 11 and 12 at the
    Town Wharf.

  3. All of that area known as the Tiwai Wharf and causeway
    from where it meets the land.

Ports of Auckland Limited

I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The following areas are designated port security areas at the
Ports of Auckland, facilities operated by Ports of Auckland
Limited:

  1. Main Port
    All that port area within the fenced boundary from
    Queens Wharf, the entire length of Quay Street to
    Fergusson Wharf, Mechanics Bay but excluding Tinley,
    Tooley and Plumer Streets.

  2. Wynyard Wharf
    All that wharf area within the fenced boundary bordered
    by Brigham Street and Jellicoe Street and the sea.
