Beach Street and Peninsula Beach Road to Back Beach
at the southern end.

  1. Ravensbourne Wharf
    The entire wharf area from the gates at the land end to
    the seaward end of the wharf.

  2. LPG Wharf
    All that port area within the fenced boundary between
    Leith Wharf, the LPG facilities and the sea including the
    berthing facilities.

  3. Oil Wharf
    The entire wharf area from the gates at the land end to
    the seaward end of the wharf.

  4. Leith Wharf
    All that port area within the fenced boundary from
    the main western access gate from Fryatt Street to the
    adjoining fence and gate to the cool store, the cool store
    seaward frontage, to the adjoining fence and gates on the
    eastern side of the coolstore to the LPG facility boundary
    fence.

  5. X and Y Berth
    All that port area within the fenced boundary from the
    main gate at the northern end beside the oil wharf,
    bordered by the seaward side of the warehouse buildings
    and extending from the southern end of the buildings
    along Fryatt Street to the south end of the usable wharf
    and includes a fenced mooring enclave on the seaward
    side of the wharf.

  6. T and U Berth
    All that port area within the fenced boundary from the
    cement facilities at the northern end including the gate
    adjoining the fence and the warehouse building and
    includes the Fryatt Street side of the two warehouse
    buildings including the fence between the gate and the
    fence at the southern end bordered by the southern
    warehouse and extending to the southern seaward side of
    the wharf.

Notice to Designate a Port Security Area—

Eastland Port Limited

I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The following areas are designated port security areas at the
Port of Gisborne, the port facilities operated by Eastland
Port Limited:

All that port area within the fenced boundary bordered
by Kaiti Beach Road to the east, the southern fence
adjacent to Wharf No. 7 and Wharf No. 8 extending
to the beginning of the breakwater.

Lyttelton Port Company Limited

I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The following areas are designated port security areas at the
Port of Lyttelton, facilities operated by Lyttelton Port
Company Limited:

  1. Main Port
    All that port area within the fenced boundary from the
    sea at Battery Point west following the contour of the hill
    below Sumner Road to the gate house at Gladstone Quay
    continuing parallel with Gladstone Quay western
    seaward side (but excluding the railway station and the
    ferry operations), to Norwich Quay and Simeon Quay
    seaward side to the road and rail gates at Godley
    Quay adjacent to the lower level breastwork.

  2. Dry Dock
    All the area of the dry dock within the fenced and
    enclosed boundary bordered by Hemsley Lane, Godley
    Quay and Cyrus William Quay and the sea.

  3. Cattle Jetty and Oil Wharf
    All the wharf areas within the fenced boundary from the
    western end of Cyrus William Quay to the gate and
    fence at the eastern end, the northern corner of
    the Cattle Jetty to the gate and fence adjacent to the
    western mole.

The following area is designated a port security area at the
Chelsea port facility, Auckland, a port facility operated by
New Zealand Sugar Company Limited:

The entire wharf area from the gates at the land end to
the seaward end of the wharf.

the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as
follows.

The following areas are designated port security areas at the
Port of Westport, the port facilities operated by Buller Port
Services Limited:

  1. All of that port area of the Buller River Coal Wharf
    contained within the security fence from the wharf gate
    to the seaward end of the wharf.

  2. All of that port area of the Floating Basin Wharf
    contained within the security fence from the main
    wharf gate to the seaward end of the wharf.

  3. All that port area within the security fence boundary
    between the two wharves.
