Land Acquired for Water Supply—No 1 Road, Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice
is hereby acquired for water supply and shall vest in the
Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Stoney Creek Road, Manawatu District

Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3) of the Public
Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister
for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land
Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road
described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to
be stopped and amalgamated on the date of publication of
this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, and also declares that:

(a) The area described in the First Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 40C/753.

(b) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 40C/754,
subject to water supply rights over part as created by
transfers 333387 and 579583.1.

pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is
acquired for road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the
Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited
access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
