Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Thames-Coromandel District Council at a price and on terms and conditions as council determines, the proceeds from sale to be paid into council’s reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Classification of Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (ecological management) reserve.

A meeting of creditors of June Dally Watkins 2001 Limited (in liquidation) will be held at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand Conference Centre, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Greenlane, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 30th day of April 2003 commencing at 11.00 a.m.

Business

1. Update from the liquidators on the progress of the liquidation.

2. To confirm the appointment of P. G. Sargison and G. S. Rea as liquidators of the company.

3. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee and, if so, to appoint members of that committee.

4. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any views of creditors relating to the liquidation.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, by appointing a proxy or by postal vote.

A body corporate may appoint a representative to attend on its behalf without the need for a proxy.

To be effective, the proxy must be received by the liquidators no later than the 28th day of April 2003 at 5.00 p.m.
