Revocation of Approval of Code of Ethical Conduct (Notice No. 1272)

Pursuant to sections 96 and 192 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, I hereby give notice that I have revoked, on the date of this notice, the approval of Bayer New Zealand Limited’s code of ethical conduct, which is the same as the approved code of ethical conduct of AGVET Consultants Limited.

Notice No. 1005 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 May 1996, No. 45, page 1240, is hereby revoked.
