Roadway Declared Road in the South Auckland Land District

A Proclamation

Pursuant to section 321 of the Te Ture Whenua Māori Act
1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by
the Māori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, The
Right Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, Governor-General
of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto shall be road.

Schedule

South Auckland Land District

All that parcel of land comprising 6.2700 hectares, more
or less, and situated in part Whakapoungakau Block,
South Auckland Land District; shown as “Section 1” on
S.O. Plan 324652.

Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-
General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of
New Zealand this 8th day of October 2003.[L.S.]
