Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the local purpose (water power development) reserve described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Tauranga District Council by way of transfer to TrustPower Limited in accordance with the agreement over allocation of assets between the council and certain electricity generation agencies, as specified in the deed relating to property rights dated 30 October 1997.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, amends an error in the notice authorising the exchange of part of a reserve in respect of the Boundary Stream Scenic Reserve dated the 9th day of September 2003 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 September 2003, No. 132, page 3582, by omitting from the First Schedule the reference to

and inserting in its place

S.O. 9111.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Tasman District Council at current market value, the proceeds of such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other lands for reserves.
