Animal Products (Amendments to Incorporated Material) Notice 2003, Notice (No. 1293)

Pursuant to section 168 (5) of the Animal Products Act 1999, I give notice that the following amendments to those Meat Act regime circulars and directives which are listed in Schedule 1 of the Animal Products (Ancillary and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2000, shall take effect on the date of publication of this notice.

Notice

1. Manual 14: Game (issued May 1985), sections 14.37.2, 14.39, 14.40, 14.41 and 14.42 are revoked and replaced by “Industry Standard 4: Procurement of Animals for Food, issued 7 May 2002, section 4”.
