Application 5694208.1 made by Bridge City Properties Limited, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to notify on
various certificates of title shown in the Schedule below the extinguishment of the right of the way, electricity, telephone,
water supply and stormwater drainage easements created by easement certificate D. 246462.7 as being redundant.

Notice is hereby given of my intention to note the extinguishment of the said easements upon the expiration of 14 days from
the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Active Ingredient and Concentration:
Canola oil

General Use Claim:

For the control of two-spotted mite, aphids, whitefly and scale in commercial tree, vine and vegetable crops, ornamentals,
floriculture, home gardens and covered cropping. Improves the control of powdery mildew.

Any person may make a written submission to the Director-General under section 17 of the ACVM Act 1997 concerning any
application notified above.
